I can't tell you how many years I have been waiting for a Monster Hunter title to come to console. The series has always been a favourite of mine for its co-operative based action, RPG crafting system and challenging quests. And now, Monster Hunter World is coming to consoles, and it looks better than ever.

I'll be honest, it has been a while since I was invested in the Assassins Creed franchise. I loved Black Flag and the whole Ezio storyline was the pinnacle of the series. I purchased Unity at a bargain and all for its weird fragmented story and numerous bugs, I still enjoyed the game. But its still made me want more. Here's the reveal trailer below:

Star Wars Battlefront had a mixed response with fans upon release. It never quite held a candle to the original Battlefront games. Much like the prequels did for the original trilogy. I myself didn't think too badly of the re-release. I played Battlefront after EA access gave the game away for free. There was a limited amount of content, but the feeling and the atmosphere of Star Wars was really captured in Star Wars Battlefront. The art style, the sounds and the levels paid a very good homage to the films.

Need for Speed games in my experience of always felt a little bit hit or miss. But then something like Need for Speed Payback pops up. The gameplay reflects what is loved by the series, fast cars and gorgeous landscapes. But this instalment looks to have taken inspiration from both Burnout and The Fast and the Furious series. Payback looks to add a deep narrative behind the game as well as a variety of stunts in the game. The slow motion collision are a very nice touch.
