It feels like every 6 months we get a new LEGO game but why wouldn't we? There consistent success and development of mechanics are embraced by its target audience. 

This year has given us Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 already which frames the first part of the trailer. On top of that, we see references to Civil War, Thor Ragnarok and Spiderman Homecoming. With the oncoming wave of Marvel films, it's refreshing to see the Marvel comedy reach out through games. And what better choice than through a LEGO game.

If you like your death-match game play with less of a team focus and more out for yourself, I would recommend reading on as this may just be the kind of game for you. The Culling is best described as a Battle Royale/Hunger Games style event, players are in a 16 person death-match and the last one standing wins. To be honest is a such a fairly basic concept that it has spawned millions of Dollars world wide as films. 

The Culling has been created by Xaviant Interactive who have found previous success with Lichdom: Battlemage, though The Culling has been been available for PC players since March last year. The Xbox One version will come under "Game Preview" and will allow players to test, play and feedback on the game while its development is underway.

If you have yet to experience the open world exploration of Fallout 4 then I would recommend reading this article just a little further. The good people over at Bethesda are opening the virtual doors to post-apocalyptic Boston and letting you explore the grime covered glory of The Commonwealth. 

The free to play weekend will start on Thursday May 25th 08:01 am (BST) until Sunday May 28th 11:59 pm (BST), so you will have a full 3 and a half days to get to grips with how frustrating it is to always be looking for adhesive.
Along with the game being free to play there will be special offers on Xbox Live for people who then go on to try and purchase the game, keep an eye on on the Xbox store for discounts of up to 67% on the base game and Season Pass purchases.

One of the great things about the Xbox Gold membership, which is required for you to play games with friends online, is that each month, you're given 4 free games, two for the Xbox One and two for the Xbox 360. No matter which platform you play, Current or last gen, there is always at least two free games per month. The most recent variety of games has now been announced for June 2017.
