Assassin's Creed: Origins - I Am

"I am a Creed"

The powerful statement being put forward by Ubisoft in the latest trailer for the return of their iconic Assassin's Creed franchise. The latest trailer is a terrifying display of patience and planning, with the general public lying in wait to overthrow all who oppress them. The concept behind the trailer is that an idea and a code can be more powerful than any army or leader, the words spoken in the trailer are dark and full of purpose.

For any and all who are interested at the impressions I gained from the game at this years EGX event in Birmingham please read here!
The setting for the latest game is looking to be the biggest outing to date, apparently the map will be the same size as Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, though Origins will not be a majority of water. This alone is exciting and enough to wet the appetite of an fan of open world RPG games.

Has Assassin's Creed taken enough time off to warrant a big enough comeback? Let us know your thoughts on the trailer and the series as a whole in the comments below.

Do not forget to pre-order your copy of Assassin's Creed: Origins ahead of the October 27th release date on the Microsoft Store.
