Way back in 2015, Pipework Studio released Update 1.2 on the PC version of their sandbox survival game: Terraria. This update coincidentally is also the very same that shipped with the Xbox One version of the game.
Well today after nearly three years – Terraria has received it’s next update aptly titled; Update 1.3.
In this title update Pipework Studio has added nearly 800 new objects for us players to either find, craft or get eaten by. There is something to suit any playstyle and then plenty more thrown in on top. Just think of Borderlands many many weapon combinations, BUT with armour and magical items sprinkled on top and you’ll get the idea.
Moving away from the wealth of new weapons and armour. Update 1.3 also adds to the ‘end game’ content with new bosses and events. One such event will feature a Martian invasion with players testing their mettle against the Moon Lord and his or her minions.
Also added is the option to play in Expert mode. This mode will see the difficulty of the games many enemies ramped up to really test the players skills and abilities. With this new difficulty also comes with access to high powered gear and weapons, so it’s risk vs reward is always worth trying (just maybe bring some friends).
