Red Dead Redemption 2 delayed

Rockstar made the announcement today that they will be delaying the much anticipated Red Dead Redemption 2 until Spring 2018.

This open world Wild West epic, filled with outlaws, guns and horses, was set to release on consoles later in the year but due to the time its taking to recreate the game from the ground up (based on an old generation engine) the team feel they need more time to create the very best game that will live up to not only the hype created by fans but also to the legendary status of the first epic title.

The team went on to to apologise for any disappointment caused, but that they looked forward to bringing us more news over the summer.

I know a lot of people were looking forward to this, sadly the original game is still untouched on my pile of shame.
