The day is upon us, truly one of the most unique and creative games to be released on console in a while. Rare have came back from the brink of Kinect obscurity and allowed to do what they have always done best, that is create games that put a smile on your face.
We now see the release of Sea of Thieves, many have waited in anticipation for a few years; others have been part of the huge testing sessions on Xbox Live; now the wait is over and the game is with us.
Sea of Thieves launches today, this is great for two reasons; that we have a badly needed new exclusive title on the platform, the second being that if you have Game Pass then you can play sea of thieves with your subscription.
The catalogue of over 100 games for £7.99 a month now has the latest Xbox exclusive titles on it from day 1 of their release.
This is also an Xbox Pay Anywhere title, so your chums on PC can join in the Xbox shenanigans, making this shared experience over both platforms. This also means you can carry on your progress from one platform to another by using the same profiles.
It is time to take to the high seas and call upon your crew to venture out into the pirate infested waters, to call upon your destiny and become a legend of the ocean.
Time to take up your musket and sword, then march onto the deck of your ship and set sail for treasure. Find it on the Microsoft Store it is also free to download if you have Game Pass.
